Rules of the Promotion "7% PLN for subscribing to the newsletter"

1. The organizer of the promotional action "Subscribe to the newsletter - receive a discount of 7%"" is the company Baby Discount Sp. featuring.o. based in Wrocław, 6/9 Powiewna St., 53-028 Wrocław.
2. The promotion applies to the ability to purchase goods from the 3kiwi online store.en priced at 7% less.
3. To take advantage of the promotion, it is necessary to go to the online store www.3kiwi.en place order any number of products, with a value of not less than PLN 50 gross, and then use the discount code provided to the user in the e-mail message constituting confirmation of subscription to the newsletter.
4. Discount codes given to users are one-time.
5. The promotion is not limited in time and lasts until the pool of promotional codes is exhausted.
6. Promotion does not combine with other promotions available in the store (m.in. other discount codes, Free Delivery Day, promotional products, outlet etc.). Products covered by another promotion are automatically excluded from the calculation of the additional discount.

14. To contracts between the customer and Baby Discount Sp. featuring.o. polish law applies. Any disputes that may arise from contracts between the customer and Baby Discount Sp. featuring.o. regarding the provision of services by www.3kiwi.pl, which cannot be prevented through the complaint procedure will be resolved by a common court of law with jurisdiction over the seat of the www.3kiwi.en.
15. In matters not regulated in these Promotion Regulations, the general Regulations of the Store, as well as applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
