14 days to cancel purchases
In the children's store 3kiwi.pl you have the opportunity to cancel your purchases (the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely) or exchange products purchased from us.
You have a statutory right to withdraw within a maximum period of 14 days, which begins on the day you receive the goods. The deadline is considered to have been met if, before its expiration, you send us a statement of withdrawal by e-mail to: sklep@3kiwi.pl or to the company address below (you can also send the goods back right away).

How to return a purchased product?
We go to great lengths to make the product return process quick and easy. Use our return wizard. The following instruction is optional. You can use it, but you don't have to. It is important to perform the specific steps in the order they are described.
Log in to the 3kiwi website.pl or access your order.
If you registered, then you log in your email address/login and password. If you don't remember the password to your account, you will recall it here.
If you placed a one-time order (without registration) you must access your order.
You will do this by entering below the email address you placed the order for this page: http://3kiwi.en/password-recover.php
After a few moments, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to log in for 1 hour at a time.
Click on the link in the email and then you will automatically log in to your 3kiwi account.en.
Go to Your account, and further to 'Returns of goods - add return" and select the order you are returning.
Follow the messages on the page:
Choose what products you will be returning.
Add a possible note to the return.
Choose how to deliver your products to 3kiwi.pl:
- if you have chosen the method of delivery of the products
- if you are sending the products back by your own transportation, send the package to 3kiwi.en.
Choose the warehouse to which you will send the products (currently only one available).
Provide your bank account details if we are to reimburse you on account. In case you want to leave money for future purchases, select "Customer Balance". If you paid via online quick transfer/payment card/Paypal then we will refund the money the way it was paid.
Confirm your return details and on the next page print the return confirmation and any shipping label for the package, when you send back the goods using 3kiwi store shipments.en.
Additional important information:
We ask that the returned goods be:
- unused,
- in the original, undamaged packaging,
- including all tags,
- pure and devoid of fragrance (e.g., perfume).

You are liable for the diminution in value of the thing resulting from the use of the
it in a manner other than was necessary to ascertain the nature,
characteristics and functioning of the thing.
Please send the goods in a package that prevents destruction or damage - it can be the same cardboard box in which you received the order.
Refund
3kiwi.pl refunds the money immediately, i.e. no later than within 14 days (usually 1-3 business days), by the method by which the payment was made or, if it is not possible to make such a refund, to the designated bank account or customer balance at 3kiwi.pl from which you can make further purchases.
We will refund the value of the returned products and the regular shipping charge (the cheapest form of shipping available at the time of ordering). If you are returning some of the products from your order, we will refund the shipping cost in proportion to the returned and left goods.

You can also deliver the products to us in person. We work from Monday to Friday at. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from. 10-14.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us in advance. The contact details are here. Often the product does not need to be claimed, but only misused. We will advise and assist.
If you want to make a claim, use our convenient claim wizard or inform us over any other way about the complaint.

Follow the messages on the page. Describe the fault in detail so we can find it.
Complaints about goods should be reported to the 3kiwi store.pl using the wizard above or at sklep@3kiwi.pl or to the store's mailing address. We undertake to process each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform within this period when the complaint will be processed. Using our wizard will allow you to track the progress of your claim processing.

Damage to goods during transport
In order to recognize
complaints, please prepare a protocol and report your comments to the deliverer upon receipt of the shipment.
