With a child on vacation - what is worth taking with you?

I am of the opinion that the best way to go on vacation would be with week-old beavers. The beavers then only eat and sleep, that is, they do what an ideal traveling companion would do. Unfortunately, week-old beavers have it that their parents, instead of thinking about relaxation, think more about whether the baby is eating or why it is looking so to one side and whether this is normal and what is the phone call to our pediatrician.
Therefore, let's leave the one-week-old bean alone and move on to such a toddler, which is already two months old and has relatively focussed parents. A two-month-old baby bean has it that it may not sleep as much anymore, but still laid in one place, it will be there until you put it over. On top of that, with a two-month-old toddler, you can walk into a store to get a bottle of water and walk out of that store with a bottle of water and not a bottle of water, an inflatable Peppa and a roaring two-year-old, who, after all, has always dreamed of a plush toucan from the window display.
Nevertheless, whether it's a one-week-old toddler, a two-month-old toddler or a plush-eager two-year-old, such a trip can be stressful and it's worth investing in a few gadgets that will minimize stress and facilitate relaxation.
Cover for pram
Whether you're traveling by plane or car, the pram cover is sure to come in handy. The pram Koo-di cover from the Pack It series is an option that will meet everyone's requirements. Firstly, it will easily fit a stroller, secondly it closes with a strap so there is no fear of the zipper jamming in a hurry at the airport and thirdly it is machine washable. Most airlines allow you to hand over your stroller at the plane itself after you check in your luggage. You can put the cover in your pocket in that case and pram pack it only just before you get on the plane itself.
Changing mat
Such a mat will come in handy not only on the plane, but also on the beach, in a pub or in a hotel room. One of the things you don't notice when you don't have children is that changing tables are really a rarity. While at home you can change your baby wherever you fancy, it's a little scary to change a toddler on a hipster Scandinavian-style couch or on a cold toilet floor in a pub. For a minimalist version, I recommend the Effiki changing mat. When rolled up, it takes up little space and can be carried in a bag with the toddler's belongings. When you have a little more space or want to use a changing table in a hotel room, for example, consider the Snoozebaby changing table with cover. It's soft, so it's sure to please the toddler, and on top of that the cover has sewn-on tags that will keep the baby occupied while you take care of his diaper ;).
Feeding chair
The Koo-di portable feeding chair will come in handy when you are traveling with a baby who has already started eating solid foods. Pubs and restaurants don't always have child seats and keeping a toddler on your lap while you eat is a shot in the knee (especially if you're wearing a white linen dress). It's safer to immobilize the child in a chair and let the will of heaven happen ;). A suggestion from Koo-di is a fabric chair, you put it on a normal chair and after the meal is over you just roll it up and put it in the bag. It takes up little space, we are sure that the child will not slip off the chair and, well, by the way, we do not have to play with such a chair ourselves and we can eat a meal by ourselves.
