What time do you deliver parcels?

Couriers deliver parcels on working days, usually between 9:00 and 18:00 . It all depends on where the courier is to deliver the parcel. If possible, provide the company where you work as the delivery address. In the event of your absence, the courier will leave a notice and his phone number. All you have to do is call him and arrange a convenient delivery day.

Parcels to InPost parcel lockers are delivered throughout the day, and once they are there, you can collect them at any time - InPost parcel lockers are open 24 hours a day . The parcel will wait for you for 3 days.

Will the GLS courier call me before delivery?

Couriers seeing a private delivery address usually call the recipient and want to arrange a convenient time for the delivery of the package. However, we cannot guarantee this - the courier is not obliged to call.

How quickly do you ship orders?

We process orders immediately during business hours. All visible products described as "available" are physically in our warehouse. In the case of products that we have to assemble from multiple warehouses or get from our suppliers, the delivery time may be longer.

During what hours can I collect my goods in person?

Personal collection is only possible during the opening hours of our stores after receiving information via email, text message or phone about the possibility of collecting the ordered goods. You can find the addresses of our stores here .

Do you offer additional delivery options for courier?

It is possible to order courier shipping to Poland with an additional paid option:

- collection by 10:00 - collection by 10:00, the next business day after the day of shipment. Option payable additionally PLN 20.00 ,

- collection by 12:00 - collection by 12:00, the next business day after the day of shipment. Option payable additionally PLN 12.00 ,

- collection on Saturday - collection on Saturday, the next day after the shipment is sent. Option payable additionally PLN 25.00 ,

- collection by 10 a.m. on Saturday - collection by 10 a.m. on Saturday, the day following the day of shipment. Option payable additionally PLN 45.00 ,

- collection by 12:00 on Saturday - collection by 12:00 on Saturday, the following day after the day of shipment. Option payable additionally PLN 35.00 .

What does pallet delivery mean?

Some of the products we offer are so large that we have to ship them on a pallet. Most of them are more expensive children's furniture (worth over ~1500 PLN). They are too large to ship by regular mail, because they can be damaged. We suggest shipping on a pallet due to the safety of the shipment and its dimensions.

NOTE:
Pallet shipments are delivered to the specified address, but the courier service does not include delivering the package directly to the recipient's apartment. The courier will leave the shipment on the sidewalk or in front of the block - his obligation in the case of pallet shipments is only to safely remove the pallet from the car.

However, it is a common practice to place the pallet in a place that allows the recipient to unload the goods relatively easily. Please ask the courier about the possibility of placing the pallet in a place convenient for you.
