14 days to cancel your purchase

 

In the 3kiwi.pl children's store, you have the option to withdraw from your purchases (the right to withdraw from a distance contract) or exchange products purchased from us.

You have the statutory right to withdraw within a non-extendible period of 14 days, which begins on the day you receive the goods. The deadline is considered met if you send us a declaration of withdrawal by e-mail to the following address before its expiry: sklep@3kiwi.pl or to the company address provided below (you can also send the goods back immediately).

How do I return a purchased product?

 

We make every effort to make the product return process easy and fast. Use our return wizard.

The instructions below are optional. You can use them, but you don't have to. It is important to perform the specific steps in the order they are described.

Log in to 3kiwi.pl or access your order.

If you have registered, you will log in with your email address/login and password. If you have forgotten your account password, you will be reminded of it here .

If you have placed a one-time order (without registration), you must access your order.

You can do this by entering the email address you placed your order to on this page below: http://3kiwi.pl/password-recover.php


After a few moments, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to log in once for 1 hour.
Click on the link in the email and you will automatically log in to your account at 3kiwi.pl.

Go to Your Account , then to 'Returns - add a return ' and select the order you are returning.

Follow the instructions on the page:

Select which products you will be returning.

Add a note to your return, if applicable.

Select how to deliver products to 3kiwi.pl:

  • If you are returning the products using your own transport, send the parcel to 3kiwi.pl.

Select the warehouse to which you will send the products (currently only one available).

Provide your bank account details if you want to return the money to your account. If you want to leave the money for future purchases, select "Customer balance". If you paid via fast online transfers/payment card/Paypal, we will return the money in the same way it was paid.

Confirm the return details and on the next page print the return confirmation and any shipping label for the parcel when returning the goods using 3kiwi.pl store shipments .

Additional important information:

We ask that the returned goods are:
- unused,
- in original, undamaged packaging,
- containing all tags,
- clean and odorless (e.g. perfume). You can check the products. You are responsible for reducing the value of the item resulting from using it in a way other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Please send the goods in packaging that prevents destruction or damage - this can be the same box in which you received the order.



Money back


3kiwi.pl returns the money immediately, i.e. no later than within 14 days (usually 1-3 business days), using the method by which the payment was made or, in the event of impossibility of making such a refund, to the indicated bank account or customer balance at 3kiwi.pl from which further purchases can be made.

We refund the value of the returned products and the fee for standard shipping (the cheapest available form of shipping at the time of placing the order). If you return some products from the order, we will refund the shipping cost proportionally to the returned and left goods.



Do you want to exchange goods?

 

In the 3kiwi.pl store, exchanging goods means returning the original order and placing a new order for new products.

You can also deliver the products to us in person. We work from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

 

 

Complaints


If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us first. Contact details are here . Often, a product does not require a complaint, but is only used incorrectly. We will advise and help.

If you wish to make a complaint, use our convenient complaint creator or inform us about any other method of complaint.

Go to Your Account , then to 'RMA COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT' and select the order and products for complaint.

Follow the instructions on the page. Describe the fault in detail so we can find it.


Complaints about goods should be reported to the 3kiwi.pl store using the above wizard or to the address sklep@3kiwi.pl or to the store's correspondence address. We undertake to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform you within this period when the complaint will be considered.
Using our wizard will allow you to track the progress of the complaint.

Damage to goods during transport


In order to process your complaint, please complete a protocol and submit your comments to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
