Terms and conditions of the gift certificate

I. General conditions
1. The issuer of the Gift Voucher (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) is the Store

2. The Publisher undertakes to provide the Purchaser with the Voucher and to
accepting payments made with the Voucher for goods
purchased by the User.
3. The purchaser undertakes to transfer the funds to the Publisher
cash in an amount equal to the nominal value of the Voucher.
4. The value of the Vouchers and the designs are published on the website
www.3kiwi.en
5. The voucher can only be used to purchase goods at the store
publisher's online or in-store.
6. The voucher is not redeemable for cash (cash) in full or
in part and may not be returned to the Publisher
7. The holder of a gift certificate is entitled to use it
by the date specified on the gift certificate document.
8. The validity period of the gift certificate is 6 months from the date of the gift certificate
sales, according to the date appearing on the sales document.
9. Failure to use the gift certificate in accordance with the deadline

10. Issuing a Gift Certificate does not constitute a taxable sale

II. Redemption of Gift Voucher

III. Complaints and returns
