Shipping Information

Ladies and Gentlemen,

3kiwi.pl has been operating on the market for over a dozen years. We have worked with many courier companies. The rate of damaged furniture shipments delivered by standard couriers is high.

If any single package containing a component of the product weighs more than 30 kg, the system automatically assigns "pallet shipment" as the delivery method.

To ensure high-quality shipping of the products you have purchased, all furniture sets and bulky items (weighing more than 30 kg) are shipped on pallets. In our experience, this is the only way to ensure the safe transport of this type of cargo.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our specialists at our brick-and-mortar store in Wrocław by calling 602 425 525 or by emailing sklep.wroclaw@3kiwi.pl.
