Bugaboo® Donkey 5 Duo stroller using a dedicated adapter (sold separately - click here ) allows you to mounting a 0-13 kg car seat on the frame of the stroller . The adapter is designed for all reputable car seats available on the market with a Maxi-Cosi type universal fit (including Cybex, Avionaut, selected Britax Romer models).

Small age difference, but completely different needs. Bugaboo® Donkey 5 Duo syncs with the demands of siblings year after year. As in step 1 pram allows you to use the carrycot and the stroller seat for a larger child at the same time - side by side, at the same height, at the same distance from the parent.

The carrycot is designed for infants from birth to about 6 months of age. For physiological reasons, infants must rest in an almost perfectly flat position. The carrycot is used for regular long walks and lounging or even as a travel crib. In the Bugaboo Donkey 5, children are even closer to the parent, as the stroller's profiles have been extended by an additional 3 cm. The carrycot is equipped with panoramic ventilation panels, and a heavily extended canopy that almost completely covers the toddler and protects against strong winds - Tested with a wind turbine at 50 km/h.

The stroller seat serves toddler from about 6 months of age (that is, already sitting) until they reach about 22 kg in weight. Donkey 5 features Bugaboo®'s typical ergonomic bucket seat to keep toddlers upright. Multi-stage seat tilt angle, up to the reclining position. Mounted as standard both forward and rearward facing.

At this stage, everything is slowly becoming simpler. Over time, the infant grows up and children equally use their stroller seats. The Duo version of the stroller pram can be folded together with the two mounted stroller seats into a one-piece self-storing 'package'.
